Nugent, P.C. has attorneys licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Washington, D.C., and handles cases in those jurisdictions. Ken resides in Georgia, is married, and has five children.

Matt Kirtlink graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a B.S. in Political Science and History. He went on to receive his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. Admitted to both the Georgia and Florida Bar, Matt has practiced in South Georgia since law school and focuses his career on litigating cases for people who are injured as a result of automobile collisions, tractor-trailer crashes, work-related accidents, and medical malpractice. Matt was formerly secretary/treasurer of the Dougherty County Bar Association and served as an adjunct professor at Valdosta State University where he taught courses focusing on civil procedure, business law, family law, and real estate transactions. He also coached the Valdosta State Mock Trial team.

Christopher Warren has practiced law in Georgia for over 15 years. Christopher's legal career covers a wide array of legal areas both civil and criminal. He is a former public defender as well as the former City Solicitor for the City of Albany, Georgia. In addition to working with the firm, Christopher also serves as an adjunct professor at Albany State University where he teaches a variety of law classes. Christopher is a former United States Marine and has been admitted to the bar in both Georgia and the District of Columbia.

William Holman graduated from Tennessee Technological University. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class from Cumberland School of Law at Sanford University in 1990. He relocated to the Atlanta area in late 1992 after he was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia. She served as a judge pro tem in the Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Malibu courts and served as a mediator for the State Bar. She has been practicing law in Georgia for 15 years.

Mark Pitts received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computers from Georgia Southwestern College and his Juris Doctorate from Walter F. George School of Law. While in private practice, he was a special assistant attorney general representing the Department of Family and Children Services in cases involving neglect and abuse of children. He was also a municipal court judge. In 1995, Mark received mediation training in both civil and domestic mediation and has been mediating since. In June of 2002, Mark joined the firm. From our Macon location, he handles client cases and litigation throughout Central and South Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
